1. Acceptance
The Michael Platform UX demo is operated by Trionex GmbH on behalf of Michael Issuer GmbH for the exclusive purpose of soliciting feedback on user experience, terminology, and information architecture from a closed cohort of stakeholders. Access is granted on an invitation basis. By accessing this environment you agree to these terms.
2. Demo environment
This environment seeds deterministic data, simulates partner integrations (ARCO regulatory feeds, labs, custodians, settlement rails, dispute resolution), and does not interact with production identities, real funds, or live regulatory data. All counterparties, swaps, and clearances shown are fictional. No representation is made that on-platform numbers, scores, or attestations reflect real-world conditions.
3. Confidentiality
Materials, screen designs, and pricing methodology disclosures shown in the demo are confidential to Michael Issuer GmbH and may not be redistributed, copied, or screen-recorded outside the feedback session without prior written permission.
4. Feedback licence
Reviewer feedback submitted via the in-app feedback agent or any other channel is licensed to Michael Issuer GmbH on a perpetual, royalty-free basis for use in product development. No personal data beyond the reviewer's tenant context (display name, role, viewport) is captured.
5. No financial advice
Nothing in this demo constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Pricing references (ICIS, Argus, Platts series IDs) are illustrative.
6. Termination
Access may be revoked at any time without notice. The demo URL may rotate. The demo will be sunset once production deployment begins.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, save to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise.
