1. What we collect

When you access the demo we collect a session cookie linking your browser to a seeded participant, an authentication email derived from the sign-in identity (Dynamic SDK or tenant picker), your chosen theme preference, and any feedback you submit (page route, tenant, viewport, browser, plus the text and optional screenshot you provide).

2. What we don't collect

The demo does not access wallets, sign on-chain transactions, run wallet-balance queries, or transmit any data to partner regulatory feeds, labs, custodians, or settlement rails. All such integrations are mocked.

3. Where data lives

Session and feedback data is stored in Cloudflare D1 in EU-resident edge locations. Feedback is mirrored into a private GitHub issue tracker accessible only to the Trionex / Michael product team. Screenshots, when included, may be uploaded to Cloudflare R2 with signed URLs.

4. Retention

Demo data is retained for the duration of the demo programme and deleted within 30 days of sunset. You can request earlier deletion of your feedback by contacting the Michael product team.

5. Cookies

Three cookies are set: michael_session (current viewing tenant), michael_auth_email (signed-in identity), and michael_theme (light/dark). All are HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and scoped to the demo origin.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, and erase any data we hold about you. Contact privacy@trionex.example to exercise these rights.
